A Custom Vac customer is part of our family. You call us regarding any aspect of your home, and we will answer your questions and concerns. Custom Vac has a customer rewards program for all our active customers (an active customer is a customer who has conducted business with us within a five-year cycle or less).

Active customers receive:

• Discounts - 10% discount on parts, seniors save 10% on parts and labour.

• Extended Hours - 8AM To 8PM Monday - Friday and 8AM - Noon Saturday at regular rates.

• 24 Hour Emergency Service - 365 days a year you will always get the voice of a Custom Vac Technician, never an answering machine, pager or answering service. We pride ourselves in being able to immediately handle your situation and respond.

• Reminder Programs - In response to our customers, Custom Vac does not and has not used telephone solicitation. Customers have told us they do, however, want to be reminded of equipment maintenance. Reminder cards are mailed out to every customer when the next cleaning is due. This allows us to meet your needs while at the same time allowing you to call us when it's convenient.

Draws for Dinner for Two ($75.00 value at the Keg) - A big hit with our customers. The customers who have work performed and return the reminder card upon completion of the work will have their name entered into the "Dinner Draw."Congratulations to all our Customers who have won the quarterly drawings. The technician(s) who perform work at the customer's home also receives a dinner certificate of equal value.
