Financing
As energy costs continue to rise it becomes essential that we build or renovate our homes to the minimum levels recommended by CMHC and ensure an airtight building envelope. It is only then will we be able to truly be able to achieve the least amount of energy use. All levels of Government are responding and assisting with various incentives, rebates, in-home energy evaluations and educational publications.

As homes and HVACR products become more efficient the overall energy consumption decreases. As this occurs, many times the energy savings can cover the costs of financing. The Return On Investment (ROI) can be 12-18% compared to typical interest earned in a savings account from 0.20-3.5% and its not taxable earned income. Not bad. There may also be added financial assistance programs initiated by Federal or Provincial Governments, local Utility Companies or Manufacturer's that you could access.
